The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 282             Provides $100,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         General Revenue Fund to the Department of Economic 
Spec App: 2242A          Opportunity for the Bethel Community Development 
                         Corporation. Decreases the funding provided to the 
                         Department of State for the Florida African-American 
                         Heritage Preservation Network from $400,000 to 
                         $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund.
