The Committee on Appropriations (Negron) recommended the following 
amendment:

On Page: 070             Provides $2 million recurring general revenue for 
                         the Orange County Central Receiving Center jail 
Spec App:  348           diversion program and decreases the Public Safety 
                         Mental Health and Substance Abuse Local Matching 
                         Grant Program by a like amount.

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 348:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  348, the recurring sum of
$3,000,000  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund is provided for the Public
Safety, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Local Matching Grant Program.
For  Fiscal  Year  2014-2015, $250,000 of the funds shall be provided to
the Bob Janes Triage Center in Lee County.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  348, the recurring sum of

$1,000,000  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund is provided for the Public
Safety, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Local Matching Grant Program.
For  Fiscal  Year  2014-2015, $250,000 of the funds shall be provided to

mental health or substance abuse issues.
