       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (600380) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 494 - 497
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) The department shall notify the Department of Revenue
    6  of the applicant’s initial certification and the Department of
    7  Revenue shall begin distributions within 45 days after such
    8  notification or upon a date specified by the department as
    9  requested by the approved applicant, whichever is later.
