       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2341 - 2346
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) “Clinic” means an entity that provides where health
    6  care services are provided to individuals and that receives
    7  remuneration which tenders charges for reimbursement for such
    8  services, including a mobile clinic and a portable equipment
    9  provider. As used in this part, the term does not include and
   10  the licensure requirements of this part do not apply to:

   15  insert:
   16         revising the definition of “clinic”;
