       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 547 and 548
    4  insert:
    5         Section 8. Effective January 15, 2015, and contingent upon
    6  SB 1212 or similar legislation being adopted during the same
    7  legislative session, paragraph (b) of subsection(1) of section
    8  456.47, Florida Statutes, as created by this act, is amended to
    9  read:
   10         456.47 Use of telehealth to provide services.—
   11         (1) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section, the term:
   12         (b) “Telehealth provider” means a person who provides
   13  health care and related services using telehealth and who is
   14  licensed under chapter 457; chapter 458; chapter 459; chapter
   15  460; chapter 461; chapter 463; chapter 464; chapter 465; chapter
   16  466; chapter 467; part I, part III, part IV, part V, part X,
   17  part XIII, or part XIV of chapter 468; chapter 470; chapter 478;
   18  chapter 480; part III of chapter 483; chapter 484; chapter 486;
   19  chapter 490; or chapter 491; or who is registered under this
   20  section and is in compliance with paragraph (4)(a).
