    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. In accordance with subsection (b) of Section 3
    6  of Article III of the State Constitution and in lieu of the date
    7  fixed therein, the 2016 Regular Session of the Legislature shall
    8  convene on January 12, 2016.
    9         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   14  and insert:
   15                        A bill to be entitled                      
   16         An act relating to the Legislature; fixing the date
   17         for convening the regular session of the Legislature
   18         in the year 2016; providing an effective date.
