       The Committee on Appropriations (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (121868) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 86 and 87
    5  insert:
    6         Section 5. Subsection (3) is added to section 550.0555,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         550.0555 Greyhound dogracing permits; relocation within a
    9  county; conditions.—
   10         (3) Notwithstanding any other law, a greyhound permitholder
   11  operating pursuant to a current year’s operating license that
   12  specifies no live performances may not relocate its permit.
