       The Committee on Appropriations (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (121868) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 56 - 86
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. Subsection (15) of section 550.054, Florida
    6  Statutes, is created to read:
    7         550.054 Application for permit to conduct pari-mutuel
    8  wagering.—
    9         (15) A permitholder of a permit converted under this
   10  section shall be required to apply for and conduct a full
   11  schedule of live racing in the first fiscal year following the
   12  conversion.
