       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (922448) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 485 and 486
    5  insert:
    6         (d) A state university, a Florida College System
    7  institution, a career center operated by a school district under
    8  s. 1001.44, or a charter technical career center shall, within
    9  the nonresident student enrollment systemwide, prioritize the
   10  enrollment of a veteran who is granted an out-of-state fee
   11  waiver pursuant to the Congressman C.W. Bill Young Tuition
   12  Waiver Act over a student who is granted an out-of-state fee
   13  waiver under this subsection.
