    3         Delete line 74
    4  and insert:
    5  before January 1, 2014, is not preempted by this section. A
    6  county, a municipality, or any other political subdivision that
    7  enacted a local ordinance governing wage theft on or before
    8  January 1, 2014, may amend or repeal the ordinance after January
    9  1, 2014. Such county, municipality, or other political
   10  subdivision may receive assistance from an accredited law school
   11  in addressing claims of wage theft.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 9
   16  and insert:

   20         a law school to assist in addressing claims of wage
   21         theft; providing an effective date.
