       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (979238) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4 and 5
    5  insert:
    6         Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 448.110, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         448.110 State minimum wage; annual wage adjustment;
    9  enforcement.—
   10         (3) Effective January 1, 2015 May 2, 2005, employers shall
   11  pay employees a minimum wage at an hourly rate of $10.00 $6.15
   12  for all hours worked in Florida. An employer may not pay an
   13  employee at a rate less than the state minimum wage Only those
   14  individuals entitled to receive the federal minimum wage under
   15  the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and its implementing
   16  regulations shall be eligible to receive the state minimum wage
   17  pursuant to s. 24, Art. X of the State Constitution and this
   18  section. The provisions of ss. 213 and 214 of the federal Fair
   19  Labor Standards Act, as interpreted by applicable federal
   20  regulations and implemented by the Secretary of Labor, are
   21  incorporated herein.

   26  and insert:
   27         An act relating to wages; amending s. 448.110, F.S.;
   28         increasing the state minimum wage as of a specified
   29         date; prohibiting an employer from paying an employee
   30         less than the minimum wage; removing a provision that
   31         limits an employee’s eligibility to receive a minimum
   32         wage; removing a provision that incorporates by
   33         reference the federal Fair Labor Standards Act;
