    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (9) is added to section 732.806,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         732.806 Gifts to lawyers and other disqualified persons.—
    8         (9) This section applies only to written instruments
    9  executed on or after October 1, 2013.
   10  Section 2. The changes made by this act to s. 732.806, Florida
   11  Statutes, are intended to clarify existing law and are remedial
   12  in nature.
