CS/HB 151: Sexual Cyberharassment

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice Subcommittee ; Goodson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dudley ; Harrell ; Jenne ; Slosberg ; Stevenson

Sexual Cyberharassment; Prohibits person from willfully & maliciously sexually cyberharassing another person; authorizes law enforcement officer to arrest, without warrant, person that he or she has probable cause to believe has committed sexual cyberharassment; authorizes search warrant to be issued in specified instances; provides civil remedies; provides exceptions; authorizes law enforcement officer to arrest, without warrant, person that he or she has probable cause to believe has committed sexual cyberharassment; provides exception to prohibition on search warrants being issued to search private dwellings.
