    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (363030)

    3         Delete lines 176 - 179
    4  and insert:
    5  voting interests, have been recorded. In a partial termination,
    6  the plan does not vest title to the surviving units or common
    7  elements that remain part of the condominium property in the
    8  termination trustee.
