       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 167 and 168
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $59,421 in recurring funds and $136,065 in nonrecurring funds
    7  are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department
    8  of Revenue for the purpose of implementing the provisions of
    9  this act.
