       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Lee) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 523 - 527
    4  and insert:
    5  organization by the office shall be subject to the same terms
    6  and conditions as apply to insurers under chapter 624. In no
    7  event shall expenses of all examinations exceed a maximum of
    8  $100,000 $50,000 for any 1-year period. Any rehabilitation,
