       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3525 - 3541
    4  and insert:
    5  project, including construction of an industry production
    6  studio.
    7         (l) The project is about this state or shows this state in
    8  a positive light.
    9         (m) A review of the production company’s past activities in
   10  this state or other states.
   11         (n) The length of time the production company has made
   12  productions in this state, the number of productions the
   13  production company has made in this state, and the production
   14  company’s overall commitment to this state. This includes a
   15  production company that is based in this state.
   16         (o) Expected contributions to this state’s economy,
   17  consistent with the state strategic economic development plan
   18  prepared by the department.
   19         (p) The expected effect of the award on the viability of
   20  the project and the probability that the project would be
   21  undertaken in this state if funds are granted to the production
   22  company.
   23         (q) The project is produced in a slum or blighted area.
