       The Committee on Appropriations (Joyner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 747 - 754
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) A party who unreasonably pursues an action for
    6  modification of alimony shall be required to pay the reasonable
    7  attorney fees and costs of the prevailing party. Further, a
    8  party obligated to pay prevailing party attorney fees and costs
    9  in connection with unreasonably pursuing
