       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 275 - 391
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) It is the duty of every state officer, employee,
    6  agency, special district, board, commission, contractor, and
    7  subcontractor to cooperate with the inspector general in any
    8  investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing conducted
    9  pursuant to this section. Beginning July 1, 2015, each contract,
   10  bid, proposal, and application or solicitation for a contract
   11  shall contain a statement that the corporation, partnership, or
   12  person understands and will comply with this subsection.

   15  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 48 - 52
   17  and insert:
   18         Section 2. Subsections (1) through (4) of section 20.055,
   19  Florida Statutes, are amended, present subsections (5) through
   20  (9) are redesignated as subsections (6) through (10),
   21  respectively, and a new subsection (5) is added to that section,
   22  to read:
