       The Committee on Rules (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (897662) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5  his or her public duties. For purposes of this subsection, if a
    6  public officer or employee of an agency holds a controlling
    7  interest in a business entity or is an officer, director, or a
    8  member who manages such an entity, contractual relationships
    9  held by the business entity are deemed to be held by the public
   10  officer or employee.
