       (Soto) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 193 and 194
    4  insert:
    5         (10) High pressure well stimulation may not be performed
    6  until July 1, 2020.

   11  and insert:
   12         Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsection (10) is added
   13  to that section to read:

   17         Delete line 14
   18  and insert:
   19         multiple activities, prohibiting high pressure well
   20         stimulation from being performed until a certain date;
