       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 467 - 470
    4  and insert:
    5  stimulation;
    6         9. Each chemical ingredient that is subject to 29 C.F.R. s.
    7  1910.1200(g)(2) for each well on which a high pressure well
    8  stimulation is performed; and
    9         10. The Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number as
   10  identified by the Chemical Abstracts Service, a division of the
   11  American Chemical Society.
