       The Committee on Higher Education (Legg) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 31
    4  and insert:
    5         (1)Any personal identifying information, including, but
    6  not limited to, the name, of an applicant
    7  
    8         Delete line 35
    9  and insert:
   10         (2)Any portion of a meeting held for the purpose of
   11  identifying or
   12         Delete line 45
   13  and insert:
   14  State Constitution. Notwithstanding this subsection, any portion
   15  of a meeting must be reasonably noticed.

   18  And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete lines 5 - 17
   20  and insert:
   21         identifying information, including the name, of an
   22         applicant for president, provost, or dean of a state
   23         university or Florida College System institution;

   25         requirements for any portion of a meeting held for the
   26         purpose of identifying or vetting applicants for
   27         president, provost, or dean of a state university or
   28         Florida College System institution; providing an
   29         exception for any portion of a meeting held for the
   30         purpose of establishing the qualifications of, or any
   31         compensation framework to be offered to, potential
   32         applicants; providing applicability; requiring
   33         reasonable notice of meetings; requiring release
