       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 70 and 71
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, there is
    6  appropriated to the Department of Business and Professional
    7  Regulation’s Pari-mutuel Wagering Program the sums of $57,132 in
    8  recurring funds and $5,385 in nonrecurring funds from the Pari
    9  mutuel Wagering Trust Fund and one full-time equivalent position
   10  with associated salary rate of 34,220 is authorized to implement
   11  this act.
