       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 121 - 128
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) The Legislature recognizes the increased prevalence of
    6  body cameras being used by law enforcement officers. Body
    7  cameras preserve information that has the potential to assist
    8  both law enforcement officers’ and the public’s ability to
    9  review the circumstances surrounding an event in which law
   10  enforcement intervention occurs.
