At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 377I, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 377I, $750,000 from the General 
Revenue Fund is provided to the Department of Children and Families to 
contract directly with Informed Families of Florida for the purpose of 
providing a statewide program for child and adolescent substance abuse.
