       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 216 - 217
    4  and insert:
    5  comply, within 90 days after the date of effectuation of
    6  coverage, with the underwriting requirements established by the
    7  insurer before the effectuation of coverage, or a
