       The Committee on Appropriations (Margolis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (434210) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 19 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5  0.25 mill on the taxable value of all real and personal property
    6  located in a downtown development district to help finance the
    7  operation of the district. The district’s millage may not exceed
    8  0.25 mill and may not exceed the limitations
