       The Committee on Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities
       (Bradley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 257 - 260
    4  and insert:
    5  efficiencies within the user base. Money received by a utility
    6  for implementation of measures to encourage development of
    7  demand-side renewable energy systems shall be used solely for
    8  such purposes, including related administrative costs.
