       The Committee on Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1195 and 1196
    4  insert:
    5         Section 12. For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $60,395 in recurring and $13,775 in nonrecurring funds from the
    7  General Revenue Fund are appropriated to the Florida Public
    8  Service Commission for the purpose of implementing this act.

   13  and insert:
