       The Committee on Judiciary (Diaz de la Portilla) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 55 - 60
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         Section 4. The total amount paid for attorney fees,
    7  lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses relating to
    8  this claim may not exceed 25 percent of the amount awarded under
    9  this act.
