       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 26
    4  and insert:
    5  release or until it is modified by the court. The defendant
    6  shall receive a copy of the order of no contact which specifies
    7  the applicable prohibited acts before the defendant is released
    8  from custody on pretrial release. As used in this
