       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (643094) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 14 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  awareness sign developed under subsection (4) in health
    6  departments and health clinics.
    7         (3) The employer at each of the following establishments
    8  shall display a public awareness sign developed under subsection
    9  (4) in a conspicuous location that is clearly visible to the
   10  public and employees of the establishment:
   11         (a) A strip club or other adult entertainment
   12  establishment.
   13         (b) An establishment found to be a nuisance for
   14  prostitution under s. 893.138.
   15         (c) The premises of a farm labor contractor where farm
   16  laborers are regularly present.
   17         (d) A business or establishment that offers massage or
   18  bodywork services for compensation that is not owned by a health
   19  care profession regulated pursuant to chapter 456 and defined in
   20  s. 456.001.
   21         (4) The required public awareness sign must be at least 8.5
   22  inches by 11 inches in size, must be printed in at least a 16
   23  point type, must be made of metal for locations provided in
   24  subsection (1), and metal, paper, or any other medium for
   25  locations provided in subsection (2) and for private businesses,
   26  and must state substantially the
