Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services (Sobel)
recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 26 - 27
4 and insert:
5 the Florida National Guard and resides in this state.

7 The agency shall not prioritize an applicant who is eligible for
8 waiver services under this subsection with a higher priority
9 than a client waiting for waiver services who is prioritized in
10 category 1 or category 2 under subsection (5).

15 United States Armed Forces or the Florida National
16 Guard to receive Medicaid home and community-based
17 waiver program services under certain conditions;
