       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 45
    4  and insert:
    5         an officer authorized under s. 92.50 to administer oaths;
    6  or
    7         (b) Under oath or affirmation taken or administered by an
    8  officer authorized under s. 117.10 to administer oaths; or
    9         (c) By the signing of the written declaration prescribed in
   10  subsection (2).
