    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to distilled spirits in powdered form;
    3         amending s. 565.07, F.S.; prohibiting the sale of a
    4         distilled spirit in powdered form; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 565.07, Florida Statutes, is amended to
   10  read:
   11         565.07 Sale or consumption of certain distilled spirits
   12  prohibited.—
   13         (1) A distilled spirit greater than 153 proof may not be
   14  sold or consumed in this the state. However, a distilled spirit
   15  greater than 153 proof may be distilled, bottled, packaged, or
   16  processed for export or sale outside this the state.
   17         (2) A distilled spirit that is in powdered form may not be
   18  sold in this state.
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
