       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 503 - 509
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) A company in operation as of the effective date of this
    6  act that meets the definition of a family trust company shall
    7  have 90 days from the effective date of this act to apply for
    8  licensure as a licensed family trust company, register as a
    9  family trust company or foreign licensed family trust company,
   10  or cease doing business in this state.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 59 - 60
   14  and insert:
   15         s. 662.150, F.S.; making a technical change; amending
   16         s. 662.151, F.S.; conforming a provision to changes
   17         made by the act; providing an effective date.
