       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 757 and 758
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
    6  Government Accountability (OPPAGA) shall conduct a year-long
    7  study, beginning no later than August 1, 2015, to assess the
    8  cost-effectiveness of the Department of Education leasing
    9  examination questions from the American Institute for Research
   10  compared with using questions from an existing examination. No
   11  later than December 1, 2016, OPPAGA shall provide a report
   12  summarizing the findings of the study to the President of the
   13  Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
