    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (877970) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 395
    5  and insert:
    6         (g) Norm-referenced tests.—In lieu of administering a
    7  statewide, standardized assessment, a school district may
    8  administer any national norm-referenced test that is
    9  administered to students enrolled in any charter school, private
   10  school, or home education program for purposes of assessing
   11  school district student academic achievement and other
   12  accountability measures.
   13         (h) Contracts for assessments.—
