       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (877970) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1174 and 1175
    5  insert:
    6         Section 12. Effective July 1, 2016, subsection (6) is added
    7  to section 1008.36, Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         1008.36 Florida School Recognition Program.—
    9         (6) In addition to funds provided pursuant to subsection
   10  (4), Title I high schools that receive a school grade of “A” or
   11  “B,” beginning with school grades for the 2015-2016 school year,
   12  and that have a student population at least 65 percent of which
   13  is eligible for free or reduced-price meals under the National
   14  School Lunch Act shall receive financial awards depending on the
   15  availability of funds appropriated and the number and size of
   16  schools selected to receive an award.

   18         Notwithstanding statutory provisions to the contrary,
   19  incentive awards are not subject to collective bargaining.

   25         providing for expiration; amending s. 1008.36, F.S.;
