       Senator Sachs moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 103 and 104
    4  insert:
    5         (b) The physician who is to perform a termination of
    6  pregnancy may delegate the acts in sub-subparagraph (a)1.a. to a
    7  registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, advanced registered
    8  nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.

   13  and insert:

   16  redesignated as paragraphs (c) and (d), respectively, to read:
