       Senator Soto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (250624) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 530
    4  and insert:
    5  boundaries. If the South Florida Water Management District
    6  elects to proceed under this section, the EAA Reservoir Project
    7  identified in the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan must
    8  be the pilot project for the district. The South Florida Water
    9  Management District shall prepare a report by September 1, 2015,
   10  which identifies the site for the project and a plan to acquire
   11  the land for the project no later than September 1, 2017. The
   12  report must also include any planned use of eminent domain, if
   13  necessary, and the estimated costs of the land acquisition.
