       Domestic Security (Sachs) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 28 - 32
    4  and insert:

    6  the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for a quarter,
    7  semester, or term beginning after July 1, 2015, who physically
    8  resides in this state while enrolled in the institution.
