       The Committee on Rules (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (429168) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 355 - 358
    4  and insert:
    5  to s. 581.131 for the cultivation of more than 100,000 plants,
    6  is operated by a nurseryman as defined in s. 581.011, and has
    7  been operated as a registered nursery in this state for at least
    8  5 continuous years.
