    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (835218)

    3         Delete lines 48 - 54
    4  and insert:
    5         1. The possession, use, or administration by smoking. The

    7  person other than the qualified patient for whom it was
    8  recommended ordered or the qualified patient’s legal
    9  representative who is registered in the compassionate use
