       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 563 - 567
    4  and insert:
    5  contract. Managing entities must use the unique identifier
    6  developed by the department for individuals receiving behavioral
    7  health care services. The intent of the unique identifier is to
    8  allow the department, the managing entities, and the behavioral
    9  health care contracted providers to better coordinate care,
   10  evaluate services, assess the cost of services, and improve the
   11  outcomes of individuals receiving behavioral health care
   12  services. All providers under contract with a managing entity
   13  shall use the unique identifier by January 1, 2016. The
