    7  And the title is amended as follows:
    8         Delete lines 1669 - 1686
    9  and insert:
   10         providing for future repeal; amending s. 1012.34,
   11         F.S.; revising reporting requirements relating to
   12         school district personnel evaluation systems; revising
   13         evaluation criteria and requirements; revising
   14         provisions relating to the measurement of student
   15         performance; deleting provisions relating to district
   16         bonus rewards for performance pay based on evaluation
   17         progress; repealing s. 1012.3401, F.S., relating to
   18         requirements for measuring student performance in
   19         instructional personnel and school administrator
   20         performance evaluations and performance evaluation of
   21         personnel for purposes of performance salary schedule;
   22         amending s. 1012.98, F.S.; revising provisions
   23         relating to personnel evaluation for purposes of
   24         professional development; providing an effective date.
