       Senator Abruzzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (930692) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) The workgroup shall consist of the following
    6  stakeholders:
    7         (a) A representative of the Department of Children and
    8  Families, who shall serve as chair, appointed by the Secretary
    9  of Children and Families.
   10         (b) A representative of public receiving facilities and a
   11  representative of specialty hospitals, each appointed by the
   12  Florida Hospital Association.
   13         (c) A representative of crisis stabilization units,
   14  appointed by the Department of Children and Families.
   15         (d) A representative from the National Alliance on Mental
   16  Illness and a representative from the Florida Coalition Against
   17  Domestic Violence.
   18         (e) A representative of law enforcement agencies, appointed
   19  by the Florida Sheriffs Association.
   20         (f) A member of the judiciary who regularly evaluates Baker
   21  Act cases, appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
   22         (g) A public defender, appointed by the Florida Public
   23  Defender Association.
   24         (h) A state attorney, appointed by the Florida Prosecuting
   25  Attorneys Association.
   26         (i) Two physicians who provide care within a Baker Act
   27  receiving facility. The Florida Medical Association and the
   28  Florida Osteopathic Medical Association shall each appoint one
   29  physician.
   30         (j) A physician who regularly screens patients who meet
   31  Baker Act criteria, appointed by the Florida College of
   32  Emergency Physicians, and a physician assistant appointed by the
   33  Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
   34         (k) A representative from a managing entity, appointed by
   35  the Secretary of Children and Families.
   36         (l) A representative of the Agency for Health Care
   37  Administration, appointed by the Secretary of Health Care
   38  Administration.
   39         (m) A representative of the Florida Council for Community
   40  Mental Health, appointed by the council.
   41         (n) An advanced registered nurse practitioner who works in
   42  a Baker Act receiving facility and who treats patients who meet
   43  Baker Act criteria, appointed by the Florida Nurses Association.
   44         (o) Two advanced registered nurse practitioners who are
   45  nationally certified in mental health, one appointed by the
   46  Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners, and one appointed by
   47  the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network.
   48         (p) A psychologist licensed under chapter 490, Florida
   49  Statutes, appointed by the Florida Psychological Association,
   50  and a mental health counselor appointed by the Florida Mental
   51  Health Counselors Association.
   52         (q) A psychiatrist with experience in the Baker Act,
   53  appointed by the Florida Psychiatric Society.
