    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 86
    4  and insert:
    5  incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking. The woman may
    6  waive the requirements of this subparagraph if the woman attests
    7  that she is aware of the risk and has had 24 hours to consider
    8  her decision to terminate the pregnancy.
