       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Clemens) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 292 and 293
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (11) is added to section 893.13,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         893.13 Prohibited acts; penalties.—
    8         (11) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, a
    9  person who possesses, purchases, sells, delivers, manufactures,
   10  or brings into this state a controlled substance described in s.
   11  893.03(1)(c)176. commits a misdemeanor of the first degree,
   12  punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
